The BINENG 2000 series ultrasonic plastic welding system is a highly integrated unit that combines
an ultrasonic generator, control components, display units, and a welding frame seamlessly.
The ultrasonic welding system features compact design, ease of installation, and simple operation.
The 2000IW/IW+ is an ideal “entry-level” ultrasonic plastic welding system, particularly suited for
those new to the use of ultrasonic technology and with relatively low requirements.
For users with specific production requirements. This system utilizes the standard generator module
and transducer of the Binks 2000 series ultrasonic plastic welding system, enabling 1100 operations.
It offers three output powers: 2200W, 3300W. The system consists of two models: IW and IW+.
Its digital control allows for precise and repeatable settings.
Various welding parameters. The IW mode applies time-based welding, the IW+ mode applies both
time-based and depth-based welding (including absolute depth and relative depth).
